Capabilities
WesPac provides turn-key project development services for our customers and partners. These services include:
- Origination: This includes project concept, initial design, economic and feasibility analysis, customer contracts, project debt sourcing, and other early stage development tasks.
- Execution: This entails everything required to engineer, permit, and oversee final completion of a project. Our execution team handles all tasks required to bring a project into operation, including project engineering, environmental compliance, detailed engineering oversight, and construction management.
- Commercial Management: Once a project is completed, we continue to manage commercial activities related to the project, including, contract management, business development, facilities and logistics optimization.
