NEW YORK, NY, JANUARY 1, 2014 WesPac Energy LLC (WesPac) and Highstar Capital IV (Highstar) today announced the launch of WesPac Midstream LLC – a joint venture company – to expand the scope of WesPac’s energy infrastructure development business throughout North America, with a primary focus on LNG infrastructure and logistics projects.

WesPac is developing LNG infrastructure, including liquefaction plants, storage, marine terminals and fueling hubs throughout North America to meet the increasing demand for natural gas in marine, rail, power, E&P and highway markets.
